This document contains all the allergy information necessary for those with allergies to make suitable choices from our menu. The menu items are listed individually on the left and possible allergen ingredients are listed at the top, please read across to find whether an individual meal contains that ingredient, or read vertically to find which meals contain the specific ingredient. 

When it is YES, that ingredient is a vital part of that meal. Where an individual element of the meal is named, it may be possible for us to replace or remove this ingredient from the meal so that is may be suitable.
